The course is focused and effective.
The staff are attentive and take great care in meeting individual needs. The quality of care and the competence of staff has been first class.

Care was not over stressful - about one hour's exercise and a cup of tea offered at the end of exercise session was helpful and relaxing.
Lectures also very interesting.
I found it difficult to manage the sessions twice weekly and so would have preferred once weekly as my arthritic joints were not recovering week by week.
Therapist carefully arranged for my sofa at home to be lifted up 4/5 inches during the sessions and this has been very helpful to me and much appreciated.

The care was excellent both Neethu and Suzanne listened to what I had to say and advised on various health issues with my asthma and lung condition.
I could not ask for better care and am really happy with the programme.

I have so enjoyed the 6 week course. The staff were kind and very informative. I have learned so much by doing this course and would recommend it and so did to my friends.
I am now very happy to keep doing breathing exercise's as well as the keep fit ones too.
I can only just thank all staff for the kindness and knowledge they were happy to pass onto us all.

Tamzin is always excellent, very helpful and professional. My daughter always loves her sessions they are really beneficial. My daughter Sylvie has had great treatment from speech and language they are essential to her learning I feel. Thank you.
